Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I am thrilled to be working with you and your child this year. It is going to be a year filled with fun, learning and adventures. I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us! I thought you might like to know a little bit about me.
I was born in Lloydminster Hospital and raised on a farm south of Kitscoty with two sisters and a brother. I attended Kitscoty School from Grades 1-12. I went to U of A in Edmonton and got my Bachelor of Education. I taught in Caroline, AB for 12 years before coming back to live in this area. I have lived in Vermilion since 2005, working at both JR Robson and VES. I have taught every grade from kindergarten to grade 12. I am very excited about this upcoming year!
It is my mission to instill a love for learning in my students. I attempt to teach with a passion for my subjects so that my students develop a desire to become life-long learners.
